But do use a good moisturizer each wash guves you better results!I'm 18 with cystic acne, the follow through with a moisturizer is honestly key. I use nuetrogena's grapefruit mousterizer after each wash. I suffer from an autoimmune disease called Hidrandenitis Suppurativa, which causes acne like boils in those areas. Although I can't be 100% certain, I attribute the improvement in my flares to my use of Dr. Song's 10% Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Treatment. It's gentle enough that it doesn't sting when I use it every day, even on open flares. And I've seen a significant improvement, particularly in my underarms. I'd recommend this wash to those who suffer from HS or acne on their body.
