A great book with very relevant psychological information especially if you have co dependent traits, have struggled in relationships and want to understand why it was happening and what is the way out. It also contains some very important information about some other major psychological disorders that people with co dependency traits might run into. It also contains some basic information about the practice of psychotherapy like trasference and counter transference. I would have given the book 5 stars but there was some repetition which could have been avoided in my opinion. Overall a great book!
