**Q: The measurement scale at left is not labled - is it supposed to be showing g/ml of specific gravity?  If so, the top 3 & bottom 3 numbers are wrong.**
A: The picture of this scale is not an enlarged view in proportion. This is a schematic. Thank you for your curiosity and seriousness. But you can't use this diagram to measure any battery fluid.

**Q: Is it suitable for testing glycol?**
A: Yes. It is used to test glycol concentration and freezing point temperature. It is also used for other liquid tests.

**Q: Will this come with a box or a bag? Description says bag, but reviews say box...**
A: I got a box with is and I believe a bag the refractometer sat in in the box. I gave mine to my old helper and ended up buying one at Fw Webb

**Q: How does it know the difference between glycol or DEF or battery water?**
A: Not sure. Sometimes you just have to hit the
