BUT 1) my family member has serious health issues which means we need as close the natural source as possible 2) with having such a restrictive diet, that 25% that you get here in terms of extra depth of flavour and quality is a real treat in a world of otherwise beige flavours. So yes we pay more because of the quality and the depth of flavour.
