A: Sorry can't answer look back on my orders and have not ordered any this year if I go back more you would not have a good date - sorry I can't help

A: I don't have this particular product on hand right now but found something on Amazon. 170 mg sodium and 450 mg potassium. Probably in 1/4 tsp? Hope that helps
