The utility of the laser marker lines is questionable. I regularly ride at night and the laser lights are visible from my viewpoint on my bike or to other bicyclists but they are washed out by any headlights from approaching cars. I highly doubt the laser lines provide useful "standoff" guidance for a car driver when the driver is within passing distance or directly alongside - I put the laser feature in the gimmick category. Additionally, the sales pictures do not have anything below the taillight, such as, items strapped to a cargo rack. If the light is mounted to a seat post, as commonly shown, the lasers are easily obscured by anything wider than about 4 inches wide on a rack. Since I carry clothes in a pack on my rack, the lasers are a non-starter for me most of the time. The mount bracket is rather flimsy for the weight of the light that is cantilevered out. Mine hasn't broken but the design does not inspire confidence. The LEDs are very bright - so the taillight is very visible. I do not use the crazy flash modes because I believe car drivers are distracted by more than enough items and the LEDs are bright enough to get attention. I do not want a driver looking so intently at the flash patterns and not pay attention to me and the road. Unfortunately, you have to step through all crazy six or seven patterns to turn the lights off. I have ridden in a light rain with the light and it seems fine but the construction does not appear to be waterproof - it is only water-resistant. No gaskets exist on the battery cover, etc, the switches may or may not be sealed membranes. In essence, I consider the product a nice taillight but hardly an increase in rider visibility because of the lasers. Wolf Cycling delivered the product promptly - no issues with their service. Don't buy this light with an expectation of the lasers creating a vibrant "lane of safety" around you as you ride - consider the lasers just a neat idea. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good light for safety *by R***R on Reviewed in the United States on September 8, 2014* It is a very bright light and can be seen however, I find that as I ride over bumps in the road it points downward instead of staying straight on the mount. Also the lasers on the ground are really sweet but you cannot see them from far away. Not sure if cars are able to see those lights on the ground. Not bad for a cheap light. I had measured expectations - it is cheap and plastic, after all. Well, yes, the product did not say "Wolf Cycling" on it anywhere (unless it was written in Chinese?). But given that I don't know that brand anyway...well. OK, it was well packaged. It looks nice. It was easy for me (non techy girl) to install and adjust. All the attachments fit my (Giant) bike just fine. Easy to put batteries in. After a month of use, still very happy and batteries still strong. Cars actually slow down now as they pass to to see if a space ship has landed or whatever.
