My baby had rashes for more than 10 days. Despite trying popular rash creams like Himalayan and Ezinapi, the problem wouldn't disappear. I knew that Zinc Oxide is the main ingredient to fight irritation and redness in the nappy area but how much zinc oxide was enough, I was clueless on this. I had also doubts about other lubricants that are added into the nappy creams for example - Lanolin, Petrolium jelly and other essential oils. I thought the B4 Nappi should be given a chance, given the balanced components in the mixture. I couldn't be more satisfied. The cream is so thick that you just take a pinch and apply it all over the nappy area. After using it for 4 times a day for one day only, the results were astonishingly visible. The rashes were gone, skin became smooth and soft. My baby got relief and slept throughout the night.
