Included with the wig was a package of wig caps (2), an informational card with the seller/company’s contact information, along with instructions on how to care for the unit.The hair was extremely soft, bouncy & had a beautiful shine to it. The lace was soft, yet durable, which made the application so much easier - not to mention it already came with pre-plucked baby hairs - so the unit really didn’t need much plucking or customization. I did bleach the knots which tire we put fantastic.I also added highlights to this unit, using a little bleach and the hair remained soft to the touch. It also comes with an elastic band that I sewed on the wig. I needed it for a wedding so I didn't have time to customize it more but the knots were already bleached and the front and a part was already plucked. The thickness is perfect for me because it’s very natural looking. It also never tangles and barely sheds.
