Dodnt open til a few days after the return window (first mistake). Put together the first swing without a problem WORKED GREAT, very easy to assemble, sturdy, they loved it.Went to put the 2nd together only to realize it was sent with 6 bottom bars instead of 4 bottom and 2 top like it should have.I tried to contact seller. Ended up having to contact amazon. Amazon sent me a whole new purchased one that I was to take the bars out of and return for my money back because they could not just send me the bars or return the one I originally bought since it was out of my return date.Ok. Fine. Did that.Guess what!.....The 3rd one has the SAME ISSUE! 6 bottom bars instead of 4 bottom and 2 top!!So so mad. Returning the one I'm able too... gonna have to rig something up in place of the support bars for the top for the one I cant return. Very annoying. Boys haven't even gotten to use it yet.Never buying from this seller again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Grandkids Love This *by J***. on Reviewed in the United States on July 20, 2020* Love this tree tent. We hung it in the backyard for the grandkids and it was a big hit. I was pleasantly surprised that it had window flaps to close the windows (some reviews said it didn't). The flaps for the door and windows don't "seal" shut, but addition of some simple velcro will fix that. I tested it myself, and it was quite comfortable. Like many, I chose not to use the lights - they just don't add much to the overall tent, and it's not too dark inside. The tent is well made and I expect it to hold up. I do take it down when it's not being used to extend the life of the tent and to keep moisture and creepy crawlers out of it - It's very easy to pull it out and hang it up if you leave it all together and just collapse it for storage (Collapses almost flat and fits into an extra large garbage bag). This was a great purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ No instructions but good tent *by A***E on Reviewed in the United States on December 26, 2018* This arrived in a very badly damaged box, it was open at the top and I was worried parts had fallen out. Luckily, everything was there to assemble it. I hope it was all there anyway, there weren't instructions in the box. Not sure if those fell out or it just didn't come with them.
