Was pleased that we received the ink cartridges in a timely manner, however the 2 out of the 3 black were very low and the 3rd cartridge leaked in the bag. Have not used the color and not sure i want to? So, after my wife stopped yelling, I had to go out and by them from a store? When I put these new cartridges in the printer, it says " Cartridge Error Consult User's Guide". This is so frusterating. When I try to return these stupid things, I need to print the new shipping labels but can't print becasue I have no ink. What a waste of time. I will pay more next time to get a product that works.
