Made three recipes so far (only have the cookbook for 1 week). Each one were a hit and will make them again. Might cook my way through this cookbook. Brings back so many memories of eating at some of these restaurants that are no longer there. Thanks for the recipes.. I really appreciate the stories that go along with the restaurants.

Having grown up in St. Louis this cookbook has become my favorite.  From the photos of the restaurant signs on the cover to the brief histories of the restaurants it is a nostalgic delight.  Each of the recipes I have tried so far have turned out to be outstanding.  Can't wait to try them all.  I heartedly recommend this book for everyone but especially people with ties to St. Louis.  I'd love too see a volume 2.
