But yes, I had to go through it to find out for myself first hand. I used it with Dermablend loose setting powder. It gave my arms a very artificial and dry look. Even a child could make out that I was wearing make up on my arms. It kept leaving marks on my clothes even after hours. And then the next morning I emptied my entire bottle of oil based make up cleanser to remove it but I still have a powdery white feel to my arms.
