Worthless! *by S***O on Reviewed in the United States on January 16, 2019* This is not the real WJQ-308 II product, but a poor imitation by some false factory. Many listed in the 20 functions do not work. Worthless! The first picture shows the Poor welding. The second picture shows the cutter blade, which is not sharp at all and not even able to cut a piece of wood. Don't waste your money! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product with one problem, easily fixed. *by D***B on Reviewed in the United States on February 14, 2014* I would have given “The Chinese Miracle Shovel” five stars, but there is one small problem, and one disappointment.Overall, I find the shovel’s quality to be excellent. However, I uncomfortably discovered that the hinge-bolts that hold the shovel to the handle have a tendency to come loose--and fall out. I found the missing bolt, but the situation is concerning.My shovel came with an Allen wrench to re-tighten the bolts, which I suppose would help prevent the problem, but I instituted a fix of my own. I simply but some tape over the bolts. I would still have to tighten the bolts periodically, but I think (I haven’t tested) that the tape should prevent the bolts from falling out.I would recommend anyone purchasing this shovel to use the tape. I also haven’t had the opportunity to look for spare bolts, either on the internet or at a hardware store, but I would recommend doing this, also.Another minor disappointment I had is that older models of the shovel seem to have a feature that could be used as a crimper. My version, bought in late 2013, does not. However, I have actually found no proof the shovel was EVER advertised as having a crimper, and as it was located between the folding head and the handle, it would have probably been awkward to use in any case.
