I find that blending is faster and more efficient with this cup if you are processing a smaller amount of food. Make sure to pay attention to the max line to allow enough processing space. The cup ring comes in handy if you are making a blended drink to avoid transferring it to another glass or cup. It would be nice if it had a handle too. I've used it daily since l received it a few days ago. The price is very reasonable. I prefer to hand wash my Nutribullet cups. They have lasted me for years. This small cup is the first extra cup l buy.
