First out of the package they are incredibly squeaky every time you adjust or move them, not like you can WD40 them cause your clothes go on them. Then there's the connectors that hook onto the clothing rod that have specific instructions saying not to remove and click back in repeatedly but THEY DON'T STAY PUT. Just about every time i pick it up to hang upward it comes disconnected and i have to click it back in again.
