It is versital, allowing the iise of the dip for neck and shoulder support, the higher sides for when the neck is super tense and needs the elevation, and even the lower side for sleeps when minimal support is needed! I love it so far, and I don't think I will need to switch again for quite some time. I have switched pillows almost every two years because most just don't give the support people need. I only gave a four star for Pain relief because I have other issues that cause some neck and shoulder pain that the pillow, by the nature of being a pillow, cannot fix or help. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic *by M***Y on Reviewed in the United States on January 28, 2020* This pillow has been an interesting ride so far.
