This is a beautiful shawl, but there are things that buyers should know. The label and the description say 100% wool, and that is what it feels like. It is not super soft like silk, pashmina or cashmere blends, so make no mistake, it does have the tiniest bit of scratchiness to it, but not so much as to make it uncomfortable to wear. I am very sensitive to that so I wanted to mention it. The colors are gorgeous and do not bleed when washed. I gave this a gentle cold water hand wash using Eucalan wool wash, and hung it to dry over the shower rod in the bathroom. It was dry by the next morning, mainly because it is very thin. The pattern appears to be screen printed on one side, and the design can be seen as muted on the other side. It is extremely large, I would think that a petite person would be swallowed by it. In spite of being very thin, it is quite warm, and my office is freezing! Because it is thin, it can be folded up small enough to be put in the outside pocket of a carry on bag. I think I will be using it as my go-to travel shawl, it will go with just about anything I wear. All in all, I think it is worth the $30+ I paid for it. My next purchase, however, would be a blend with silk or cashmere as I prefer the extra softness. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ GORGEOUS! *by A***A on Reviewed in the United States on February 23, 2018* Alright, so I am a self professed scarf addict. Some people like shoes, some people like purses- my thing is scarves. They are versatile and a great way to add color and patterns to your outfits. That said, I have had many scarves in my day. This is my all time 100% favorite. It's huge, but not too bulky, could be worn as a shawl, wrap skirt, scarf, or just hanging like the model. I'm tall and I love that I can wrap it around my neck and the ends still hang down to my hips. The colors are vibrant and beautiful, the pattern is gorgeous. It's a true show stopper. I also don't usually like to spend too much on scarves - usually around $15 is what I'll pay. But for $30 this is soooo worth it. I will be buying more from them for sure.
