Very good gadget at controlling and regulating the input voltage to a dc motor.The upper and lower limits of the duty cycle can be set to your own requirements.I connected this to a 775 motor12000rpm,and set the power(duty cycle) at 25%min to 75%max, to control a fan, and it worked perfectly.The default setting is 0% to 100%,& Frequency is 20%khz. There is a 2second pause before power is activated, which is a good safety feature.(This might be a disadvantage if power is needed instantly,eg: model train or car). The device stores all your settings, even after all power is turned off.
