It’s hard for the stamp to really stick on top of makeup. After a couple of stamps over my blush, the link was starting to look faded, but when I pressed on clean skin it came back. It did not smudge and dried fast which I love, I usually use elf liquid eyeliner and it would always smudge on my upper lid and took forever to dry, which I shouldn’t complain it’s only $1. For the price of this you can’t beat it!
