First off, this was my very first experience with whey protein. I needed to increase my protein intake for the sake of my weight training and was very particular about the quality of the product I chose.EffectsI did see an increase in muscle mass and definition, so that was nice. However this did things to my digestion that I've never experienced before. I was a walking methane time bomb and literally had to schedule my drinks around my daily outings. A service to society, really.FlavorThe flavor is good although VERY sweet. I'm a black coffee and steer away from caramel kinda girl, so take that into consideration, but even when mixing it with just water it was quite sweet to me. I made the mistake of not reading the stevia amount per serving. Pretty ridiculous if you ask me!!
