Dip them in as instructed until they seem to wilt-take them out immediately after 5-10 sec. Don't leave them in too long. The first time I did it I left in too long and it melted/folded over on the back part of my teeth before it could even mold. Though I tried again I couldn't to get it to remold after that misstep. So I did another one...so it is nice that there are more to retry with. I was most nervous to place something in my mouth that had just come out of boiling hot water so I was timid. This wasn't an issue at all and would have saved me from redoing a time or two-so don't be afraid of that. It won't burn you. Then suck-that's where the practice comes in lol! I suggest using the molds that feel the most uncomfortable at first for your mess up that will probably happen. After 10 seconds in the water, they were more moldable than before. Unfortunately when I went to put them in my mouth to fold, my back teeth folded over the edges on 3 of them But they are doable and still much better than the insane price the dentist wants to charge I had high hopes for this as it seemed to have the best reviews out of all of the ones I looked at. But I don't know what in the world is happening. They don't do anything. The don't wilt, certainly no worries about folding in. I was hopeful they would mold to my teeth anyways but nope. I left them in longer. I made the water full boil. They didn't move.
