Good stuff. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had to build up slowly *by P***Y on July 8, 2017* I'm very happy with this product, but I had to slowly build my way up over the course of two weeks. The first day I took one capsule in the morning and nothing happened so I took a second capsule before bed. I woke up at 4:30am with tremendous gastric pain under my breast bone. I got up and sat in my recliner with a heating pad on my stomach until 5:30am when my bowels needed to move. I had a huge movement (actually shocking in size) so I felt better, but the pain under my breast bone continued all through that day and evening. Needless to say, I did not take another capsule that day. The next day I felt fine and realized that I needed to slowly acclimate my sensitive gut to this new supplement. I opened the capsule and divided it into three doses and took those over the course of the day. I remained at that dose that equalled one capsule divided throughout the day for a couple of days and then went up to half a capsule three times a day. There was no cleansing effect from that method, but also no rebellion from my gut. That gave me the courage to increase it further day by day. I'm now at 1 full capsule in the am and one at night before bed and it's working just right. I've been able to stop taking Miralax which I've been taking for years.
