These balloons seem to be good quality but they are not as bright as pictured. I was going for a bright blue like pictured but they are darker than what they look like on here. To much trouble to send them back so I will make them work :(

We filled these balloons for my sons first birthday and they were horrible! They wouldn't stay inflated and most had holes in them.Don't waste your money!
