The adhesive seems like it’ll be eternal, although some reviews mention pasties to keep the nipples from being subjected to the adhesive on the cups and I didn’t get any of those. These cups are barely there, and they’re a ridiculously good buy. I’ve paid a lot more for ones that have been a lot less effective. Cups are true to size, as far as I can tell.
