I bought a medium sized one because these union suits are not pre-shunk. When I washed it in cold water and dried it on low heat it shrunk to the perfect size with just the right amount of roominess. It is very comfortable. The drop seat is very convenient for urinating or having a bowel movement. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it doesn't have any pockets. I'll just sew a couple of front or side pockets on myself. To allow for shrinkage but still have roominess buy at least two sizes bigger than the Big Feet Pajama Co.
