I have very hard tile floors and have been looking for a mat that will stay put while using it and not be so hard on my body. This one takes the cake! It stays in place the entire time I need it to and it is so comfortable I can't even feel the pain of the hard floor. It is very easy to roll back up and put back the carry bands on so that I can store it easily and take it with me when I need to.
