When doctors find out what I do they are dumbfounded because my blood calcium is normal, my coronary arteries have zero plaque despite a bit higher than recommended cholesterol levels. This lack of plaque buildup verified with a coronary artery scan with calcium scoring. I don't have any arthritis despite a familial predisposition to get this degenerative disease. To further complicate the issue, he refers to MANY web articles, whose links are typed out. This meaning you'll have to type them out to see them. The information contained within the links are essentially an important part of the book. This linked information is intended to be a way to make the book more affordable, which I understand. But, the organization of the book (along with the web links) is just horrible! For instance D3 (Niacin) requires the support of K2, Magnesium, Zinc, and, others. When Taking higher doses of D3 (maybe starting with10,000 IU), the ratio of these other levels becomes rather important. But, the author only clearly translates the proper ratio of K2 to D3, which he claims to be very important. Some of the other suplements also need to be maintained in ratio to D3, but the author isn't very clear about what these ratios would be. Perhaps the information is contained in some of the links I didn't check out... All that being said, I still recommend the book because of the information within it which seems to be ground breaking.
