    Best watch to use while training for weight training

I'm training for my first NPC competition this coming September. I train using this polar watch and train under my coach,  David Kimmerle protocols to keep my acceptability on track. Each muscle groups has their own number to train. If you don't reach that nunber, you didn't train hard enough. I also use this polar watch while I run. I run in my fat burning zone and this watch let's me know if I'm there and I don't go over where I would be burning fat and muscle which is bad.
