Not as Dude server. Minimum for Dude server is RB750Gr3, and if your network is over 10 devices I'd suggest something larger, RB3011 or RB1100AHx4 "Dude Edition". **Q: Is the power adapter included?** A: Yes. This thing is incredible too. It does everything. I would have paid $200 for it had I known before how awesome it is. **Q: I need to block social networking, youtube, and some torrent p2p, audio and video file extension...does it work?** A: It is possible to some extent, but realize that there is a difference between what you CAN do and what YOU can do. You can create a block list of IP addresses, you can use advanced filters to block P2P, and similarly use filters to block some file transfers with specific extensions. Other than a list of IP addresses (which is less effective these days as services move to cloud based hosting where the domain name resolves to many different, and changing, IP addresses), building, testing, and maintaining custom filters is not a trivial exercise. The built-in Mikrotik p2p filter is only marginally effective. Fortunately there are many sites that have example Mikrotik filters, particularly for blocking P2P and common "NotSuitableForWork" websites. Be aware that this is an itty bitty router, though, and complex filters take a lot of CPU cycles. You will want a bigger router if there are many (>10-20) consecutive users. I run a small rural ISP that blocks P2P and some other services because their use seriously impacts very limited upstream bandwidth availability for all users. I use Mikrotik routers with a combination of static and dynamic filters. Advanced firewall configurations are not for the meek. I have been doing networking longer than Cisco and understand the implications of what I am doing.
