Taking call first time they heard me great but I didn't hear them well. Checked speaker placement moved them just a little and great sound. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the instructions and voice prompts. Instructions and voice prompts in Chinese it takes a little figuring but is doable. There are basic instructions for which buttons do what, Fit is good not noisy. like the two shields ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good looking helmet, runs a little big *by J***. on Reviewed in the United States on April 26, 2020* I have had this helmet for almost 400 miles, and I love it so far. I wish that I had gotten a size down, I looked at the size chart and decided that I should wear an XL, as where I normally buy a Large. The helmet is a little large but not too bad. I wish the helmet was a little more snug for my liking. The other great feature of this helmet is the bluetooth. Which works very well, connects very quickly to my phone, and is very clear. It seems like the right side speaker is louder than the left, which at first threw me off but over all I like it because it allows me to hear things that are going on around me. The microphone works, but people I talk to tell me that there is a definite wind noise. My last gripe with the helmet is that it is not loud enough when I am on the highway.
