The glass is so thick and the lids are always on so tight, that to arrive in a jam soaked box bottom, broken glass, and loose lids in layers of bubble wrap that the 3rd party shipper needs a class on basic delivery skills so customers aren’t presented with a jam soaked box, broken glass, and no jam.
