It went on easily with a basic weed/paint sprayer and with one light coat it appears to be beading well from the first rain shower. This is on old weathered wood which was in desperate need of protection. It covered around 25m2 as promised. All the Japanese do is to treat the wood ; that's why wood on their properties look better than new even after 100 years. Painting wood is rubbish really.
