The overall fit was perfect and MOST of the screw holes lined up well(only 2 required new holes in the body). Curiously, I later decided to move this to another HB strat and the holes were not the same(so much for factory consistency). In any case, the pickguard looks great. The back cover holes did not line up so I did not use it(would be fine if you are building a strat and don't have old screw holes to deal with).
