**Q: Do you know how much the carb content would be by using almond milk and half 'n half?**
A: Nope. Google it.

**Q: How would I divide the mix into a pint mixer?**
A: 1 box make 1 quart the box is 4 0Z try dividing the box.

**Q: Ok I tried to make this . Problem was that the ratio will o my fill about a pint size . How does this make a quart ?**
A: A home ice cream machine typically has an overrun (the amount of air that is whipped into the ice cream as it's churning) of 25% to 30%.  As such the Junket mix makes around 3/4 of a quart when, per the instructions, you use 1 1/4 cups milk and 3/4 cups cream. 

To get 1 quart would require an overrun of 75%

**Q: What ingredients do you use for the soft shell ice cream ball**
A: I've never made a soft shell ball.   I purchased these to see if I can replicate the Wendy's chocolate frosty.  None of these worked.   However, I did find what exactly made the frosty.
