Then I had a good look at the second pad which came with the mop and noticed that one end had a thick hem and the other end did not. On checking the mop head on the mop I had the end with the thick hem on the end of the mop base that was pushed into the dry slot, hence it was too thick to go through the slot. I changed the mop pad around so the thinner edge went in the dry slot and no more trouble (see photo's). Now works very well and floors dry quickly. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Small floor mop *by V***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 25 September 2020* It’s OK for a quire small mop and for doing small area or just a quick clean up. I wouldn’t recommend it as a main mop for a house as the bucket is very tiny. The mop head is quite large and therefore doesn’t fully submerge into the bucket.
