A bit higher concentrations of AHA's I think..along with a very fine grain sandy physical exfoliator. I use it about once a week on my face, using a non-gritty cream the other days. This is just enough to keep my face smooth and soft. Any more often and I think my skin would dry out (I have combination skin) As for its use as a body scrub...use it every day if you like, it is a very good way to keep skin smooth as silk. Contains 15% Gylcolic Compound.Not too grainy. Just enough to know it's doing the job. I can see the difference in a couple of days. I shared this with my husband, and he likes it, too.
