It mounts to a 1/4-20 tripod mount. It has a comfortable handle grip, which could be improved upon if it was a solid handle, but is good. The hot / cold shoe mount, on the post, is adjustable to fit your varied devices (lights or shot gun mics), and can be re-positioned to different angles by the thumb screw underneath. The post arm can actually be raised up a little, by adjusting it's mounting screws. The included Go Pro quick release mount is aluminum and very well made. Should be great with a Lumecube also.You can adjust the height of the shoe mount. Even at it's shortest, the grip is not too short, and is quite comfortable for me. I managed to adapt this one a capture clip, or you can also mount this setup on the MicroJib or similar product.
