**Q: Is this the same as frankincense since it’s from this tree?**
A: Frankincense is the name for resin of Boswellia trees but it can relate to 4 species of Boswellia (sacra, papyrifera, frereana and serrata). Boswellia Serrata is sometimes called "Indian frankincense" or "Salai guggul".

**Q: Can these be useful for an inflamed stomach please?**
A: I've been trying them out for an inflamed bowel (ulcerative colitis). I'm currently taking one Turmeric capsule and one Boswellia Serrata capsule per day. I think they're helping, but I can't be sure which is better. The healing process is very slow and I'm trying to speed it up a bit. Sorry I can't be more certain.

**Q: How much Boswellia acid is in these**
A: We use extract standardised to 65% boswellic acids.

**Q: What size are the capsules please?**
A: From memory they were the standard size gelatin capsule that many supplements use, about 20mm long and about 7-8mm wide.  Certainly not difficult to swallow.
