ENJOY THE MELTING! 】-Turning waste into treasure, 6KG of crucible capacity means you can direct smelting of CPU's for gold and precious metals recovery or turn those old aluminum cans into $.We help you convert those scraps of copper and rotten iron into beautiful works of art, and the value will be increased by a hundredfold immediately. - 【UPGRADED 2023 VERSION】-TOAUTO 2023 NEW version propane melting furnace uses ceramic fiber as insulation, enlarges the rocket stove design, increases inlet valve on the burner, and thickens powder-coated body, adds NEW 30PSI propane regulator with PSI Gauge, improves premium clay crucible and limit device. Upgraded VERSION for orders after January 17, 2023, that is ideal for melting a wide range of metal. - 【FOCUS ON HEAT INSULATION】-We uses ceramic fiber as insulation, a better alternative to clay. This ceramic fiber insulation blanket rated for temperatures up to 2600F, highly dense, low thermal conductive which helps to reduce heat loss. We beat the competition with 30MM（1.2"）ceramic cotton than competitor’s thin 15MM（0.6"） ceramic cotton version. You will marvel at its metal-like resistance to flames, sparks and intense heat. - 【POWERFUL HEAT PERFORMANCE】-Equipped with an inlet valve(upgraded) on the single burner with 250,000 BTU power and adjustable 30 psi regulator propane maintains to maximize heat efficiency. Propane melting furnace can melt metals with a melting point below 1300 ° C in 15-35 Minutes such as gold, sterling silver, copper, and aluminum. - 【TWO COMPACITY FOR FLEXIBILITY】Large - 6KG of LARGE crucible capacity means you can melt more anything such as 12KG gold,7KG silver,6KG copper,1.6KG aluminum.Small- After melting into a pure metal liquid, an object is definitely needed to contain this high-temperature substance, so we intimately provide a 113ML Graphite Ingot Mold. We are confident that our high-density graphite molds and crucibles are more durable and long-lasting in comparison to other crucibles. Will it have any effect?** A: The damage of fireproof mud will not affect the use of the product.Furnace interior is fully lined with 2"" of ceramic wool, it can withstand high temperatures of 1400 ° C If you are worried, you can use the outer soil or red mud to directly smear the inner wall, which will have a better insulation effect. If you are a perfectionist, it is not recommended to buy this. I have used a lot of gas melting furnaces. The fireproof mud on the inner wall will not have any effect. And this product is really easy to use, LOVE IT! **Q: How long did it take to heat the unit and crucible to your desired temperature?** A: These furnaces take approximately 5-6 min to reach the desire temperature 500℃ Thank you ! **Q: I have bought other products. I am using an aluminum screw hose shaper and it is stuck and difficult to peel off.How to solve this problem?** A: Other products use three screws to fix the burner. The screws are easily deformed during heating, which makes it difficult to take them out. In response to the problems of products in this market, our FASTTOBUY have introduced this new and improved product. The burner used has internal threads (internal screws) that are directly tightened on the stove and have better sealing. **Q: What is the volume of the crucible?** A: Furnace outer diameter：φ28CM Furnace height：27CM Furnace inner diameter：φ16 Furnace height：17CM Crucible size：φ120*152 Crucible capacity：650ML It Can be melted 6KG copper 1.6KG aluminum, 7KG silver, 12KG gold. It takes 15-25 minutes to melt 5.5KG copper ## Frequently Bought Together - FASTTOBUY 6 KG Propane Melting Furnace Kit w Graphite Crucible and Tongs 1300°C /2372°F Casting Refining Smelting for Precious Metals Gold Silver Tin Aluminum 7-in-1 Melting Casting Tool - Borax Flux 1/2 Pound Melting Gold Silver Crucible Glaze Jewelry Casting 8oz - 2 Pieces Graphite Ingot Mould Crucible Mould for Casting Gold Silver Metal Aluminum Copper Brass Melting Refining(4 x 2 x 1 Inch) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/174690432-6-kg-propane-melting-furnace-kit-w-graphite-crucible-tongs](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/174690432-6-kg-propane-melting-furnace-kit-w-graphite-crucible-tongs) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
