The size 1 in particular was perfect for my sister, who is 12 years old and not to tall or strong yet. They also work well for stronger athletes who are on a taper and don't want to work their arms as much. They come with plenty of strap material, which is helpful for when the straps wear out. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars Broke within a month *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on April 15, 2024* Not the best ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Great for training *by L***1 on Reviewed in the United States on May 4, 2017* Perfect size for my build without too much strain on the shoulders.
