It is very hard to get the card where your info goes out of it. I believe this is because the card is a little bit wider than the slot it slips through. You can manage this by squeezing the tag to make the slot and card bow and then make the card bow more. Hard to describe, but I was able to get them out by making sure both sides of the card are able to fit through. You wouldn't want the card to come out too easily! As for the rest of the product it is well made and appears durable. I liked the security flap that keeps your information private.
