I pluck, have used wax strips and hair removal creams, but they are messy and can be painful. While this handy device is not painless, it is super easy to use and really does help the problem. I have found that after almost a month of use, my facial hair grows back at a very impressive slow rate. I have only had to use it two or three times in the month - the first time and then two touch ups. And the time between touch-ups has increased and the amount of hair I have had to remove each time has decreased. I have developed a method that seems to help a bit with the pain too. I found my upper lip to be the most painful, so I save it for last. I do around my eyebrows, a bit on my chin, and then tackle my upper lip. Seems to help prepare me and it doesn't hurt as much I guess.
