Do Not Bleach your hair! This product will lighten your hair almost just like its bleached, but without the bleach. There is a chart on the box and if you do it right you should get desired results. I love this product because it does not damaged hair like bleach does. So please do not bleach your hair, there is no need for bleaching. It was very gentle on my NATURAL hair without strong smells.My natural hair color is a very dark brown/almost black. You can only see the hints of brown in my hair when the sun light shines on it. So with that being said I knew when using the honey blonde color that my hair would not come out like the color on the box! lol it did however lighten it to a cute light brownish color.
