It's good quality and easy to fold / travel. If you like to bbq this is great for home or camping. Comes in several sizes. Use charcoal or clump wood coal. Great gift for someone who is a skilled griller. Nothing tastes better than open flame cooking. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A nice introduction to Argentine-style grilling. *by W***N on April 25, 2020* Since living and working in Argentina years ago, I have been looking for a moderately-priced grill that resembles the parrillas used there. The grill surfaces can be cranked up and down to regulate the heat from the wood or charcoal. The v-shaped grill surfaces carry away fat drippings into a trough. I brought back a tiny version that eventually wore out. Just recently, I did a search on Amazon, and found this X-Metal design. I decided to try it out. Wow. Inexpensive. Easy to set up. And it does a nice grilling job. My first experiment was a flank steak. The grill put a nice char on the steak. And I was able to control the heat by elevating and lowering the grilling platform.
