I think the result depends on how often you use it and the quality of essence or cream you use. I use it 3 times a week and mainly for assisting my skin to assorb the nutrients in the essence. it works very well, my skin glow after each use. I have also tried the red and blue light, but could not really work out how to use it myself while wearing the protective glasses so i asked my friend to help, the effect is immediate and amazing, tightened skin and faded spots. Have tried the fat melting function too but didnt use it as often as instructed so no noticeable effect.
