Yet, if your looking for some back protection while keeping your guts in place, squating 360 or less, this should do the job.Velcro works well, no sliping or coming off! The medium belt turned out to be too big for me, even pulling the belt as short as it'll go, it was too big by about...maybe an inch or so providing zero support. I returned it and re-ordered the small which I received today. The small is significantly smaller than the medium...despite the item description saying the upper (29") and lower (30") on the small and medium being 1 inch difference.
