I ordered an x-small and was a little worried since I usually wear small with store bought scrubs. The top I received was a little roomier than I'm used to but still ok. The bottoms...HUGE. I'm a bit bottom heavy so I was surprised that the crotch was halfway to my knees and I looked like I had a diaper on until I rolled the top of the pants down once. For the great price, think they are fine and I'm ok with adjusting them a little. I'm 5'0" and they were a little long (as expected for my height) which would probably make them look like pedal pushers if you are taller than 5'8". Color is nice.
