I imagine if your case is bigger then it would be difficult to get it inside. I had no problem getting it to fit but it did rub me a little raw on the edges...I'll either wear it over my sleeve next time or get some anti chaffing gel. The phone is already heavy so keep that in mind when you buy this or any other case. It did seem to want to "slide" a bit down the arm (when sweating) but when running your arms are bent and it will not "slide" down your arm. I like the case and I think it was a good choice and it's way better than carrying it while running. I do wrap the phone in a plastic baggy before putting it in to avoid sweat through. You can operate your touchscreen through the plastic screen, it holds the phone securely and all the holes are in the right place. It's pretty easy to slip the phone in and out.However, it's not big enough to fit on my upper arm which, upon Googling (I am quite overweight), is average sized for a woman of my height.
