I am a 40G cup and my breasts at least weight a stone each. I’d tried every product going for strapless and backless and nothing has worked but this has. You need to trial it to find how it best fits but it gave me the lift I wanted and I can finally go backless in tops and dresses. It's a brilliant product and I felt really supported even on a hot day in July. One roll covered my boobs. After my night out I came home and removed the tape and went to bed. I woke to find that I had a reaction, i had left the adhesive residue on my skin. So maybe do a test patch before or wash it off as soon as you remove it. I still would recommend this, the hold was fantastic.
