Review: Arrived w/ a broken roller - There is no off or on button/switch. You have to plug and unplug with each use. Also, arrived with a broken roller that I can not manage to reattach the plastic top to. I found out when I burned my finger. Seems cheaply made. I have contacted customer service at Remington about the roller. If they can't replace it, I will be returning the set. UPDATE: Remington Customer Service contacted me and are sending a replacement for the broken roller. They were responsive (reached out the same day ) and very nice.
